Zohran Mamdani, the Democrat Socialist Muslim man running to be mayor of New York City, has just released a new campaign video of himself speaking in Arabic, in a direct appeal for Muslims to vote for him.
In the video released on Saturday, Mamdani repeats his often-touted promises to provide free transportation and free the rent.
Mamdani, 34, was born in Uganda, Africa, came to the U.S. when he was 7 years old, and did not become a U.S. citizen until 2018. Now he is poised to take control of the largest city in America.
Within the first 12 hours, the Arabic-speaking video had already gotten nearly 3 million views.

The latest polls show Mamdani leading former NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo by 6 percentage points.
