Former President Donald Trump, the 2024 Republican presidential nominee, is holding a rally Saturday afternoon in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania – on the other side of the same state where he survived an assassination attempt last month.
Saturday’s rally will be held at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre, and Trump is scheduled to speak at 4:00 p.m. The arena has a capacity of 10,000, and it is expected to fill up.
As usual with Trump’s rallies, thousands of people began lining up Saturday morning, hours ahead of the start time.
One video posted to social media just before 10:00 a.m. ET showed a massive number of people already waiting in line.

Viral video from 8 years ago resurfaces… Will this child be at Trump’s rally in Wilkes-Barre today?
One social media user, Vicki, shared a video from a Trump rally in Wilkes-Barre in 2016. The video, which went viral when it happened 8 years ago, includes the moment a little boy. about 3 years old, was passed up for Trump to hold. The little boy, with blonde hair, was dressed in a suit and red tie just like Trump.
Trump brought the child to the microphone and asked, “What’s your name?” The child responded, “Name.”
Trump asked, “Are you having a good time tonight?” “Night,” the child responded.
“Where’s your mommy and daddy? Do you want to go back to them or stay with Donald Trump?” he asked. “Trump,” the child said, as the crowd roared.
Sharing the video, Vicki wrote, “There’s a Big Trump Rally Today in Wilkes-Barre, PA. 🇺🇸 This video is from Wilkes-Barre in 2016. It would be pretty cool if this kid was there today 😎.”
If the child is there today, he would be about 10 or 11 years old now. WATCH:
