President Donald Trump is holding a meeting at the White House with his Cabinet on Thursday.
This comes one day after a historic peace agreement was reached between Israel and the Hamas terror group, thanks to the efforts of Trump and his administration. The announcement has prompted celebrations in the streets by both Israelis and Gazans.
The Cabinet meeting is also taking place as Democrats are still refusing to support a clean funding bill put forth by Republicans, which resulted in a government shutdown which started on October 1.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced, “TODAY AT THE WHITE HOUSE: President Trump will host a Cabinet Meeting at 11AM. As always, it will be televised for the world to see. Tune in!”
