Top U.S. intelligence officials face Congress are testifying before Congress this week to address national security threats.

Tuesday morning, a hearing is being held before the Senate Intelligence Committee. On Wednesday, the officials will then appear before the House Intelligence Committee.

Those testifying include FBI Director Kash Patel, CIA Director John Ratcliffe and National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard.

This comes one day after news broke that Jeffrey Goldberg, the editor-in-chief for The Atlantic, had inadvertently been added to a group chat on Signal with several top national security officials as they discussed an upcoming military strikes in Yemen.

Democrats are attacking the Trump officials over the breech.  Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) declared there “ought to be resignations.”
