Live video is currently being broadcast as FBI investigators are seen swarming around the Woodbridge, Virginia home believe to be that of pipe bomb suspect Brian Cole, who was arrested Thursday morning.
Cole is accused of planting the two pipe bombs just blocks away from the U.S. Capitol on the night of January 5, 2021, just hours before President Trump delivered an outdoor speech in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021.
After a nearly 5-year investigation, the FBI believes they have finally identified who is responsible for the bombs. Cole is being described as a man “in his early 30s.” Authorities are expected to hold a press conference to announce more details later on Thursday.
Drone cameras are currently capturing a massive amount of activity at what is believed to be Cole’s home, at the end of a culdesac in an elite neighborhood.
