From Breitbart: Violet Affleck, the 19-year-old undergraduate daughter of Hollywood’s Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, addressed the United Nations on Tuesday and demanded an immediate return of personal masks to combat coronavirus.

The first-year student at Yale’s Davenport College was appearing as part of an event titled Healthy Indoor Air: A Global Call to Action.

She was introduced as “a youth advocate, [the] voice of gen Z, [a] climate champion and [a] clean indoor air advocate” and wore a K95 mask plus goggles for the entire time she stood at the U.N. podium.

Her voice muffled by the white mask over her face, Violet Affleck ranted that face masks were cast aside far too early, and claimed there is still a huge risk of contracting Covid, despite that it has now been over 5 years since the virus first broke out in China and spread across the world.

“For adults, the relentless beat of ‘back to normal,’ ignoring, downplaying, and concealing both the prevalence of airborne transmission and the threat of Long COVID manifested in a series of choices,” she wildly claimed.

Demanding mask mandates be implemented once again, she declared, “We can recognize filtered air as a human right, as intuitively as we do filtered water. We can create clean air infrastructure that is so ubiquitous and so obviously necessary, so that tomorrow’s children don’t even know why we need it.”

However, a separate report by Fox News points out that Violet, the eldest daughter of Affleck and Garner, “feels powerless over her father getting off cigarettes.”

She wants the rest of us to wear face masks to avoid contracting a virus from five years ago, but has had no success in convincing her father to stop smoking.

Conservative commentator Meghan McCain slammed Violet Affleck, writing, “Everything about all of this is why everyone hates nepo babies so much.”

Later, McCain added, “Some journalist are clutching their pearls mad I called Violet Affleck a nepo baby so I’m giving you all a response here instead of answering your emails: First, it takes one to know one. I’m clearly a nepo baby, check my twitter bio.

“Say whatever you want about me, my parents would have NEVER been okay with me speaking in front of the United Nations at 19 about a health issue I had no background, training or experience in.

“Having famous parents is a double edged sword and if you’re going to put yourself out there, you gotta take the heat (as I have always done). Finally – anyone advocating that I mask my kids all day in 2025 I think is insane, and that is my right. Have a nice day.”
