The newly-released data from the DHS which shows 425,431 convicted criminal illegal aliens (including over 13,000 convicted of murder) and 222,141 with pending criminal charges have been released into the U.S. is “confusing” Americans, according to the White House.

From Fox News: White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was pressed by Fox News’ senior White House correspondent Peter Doocy on the news that tens of thousands of illegal immigrants in the U.S. have serious criminal records.

Jean-Pierre responded to the line of questioning about the Border Patrol numbers by claiming it was a “false representation of the data.”

Doocy said, “13,000 people who have been convicted of murder across the border illegally and are living among us. So how much danger are U.S. communities in right now?”

“I think it’s important to correct the record here,” Jean-Pierre responded. “First of all, the false representation of the data ICE shared… I gotta call that out. And it’s been fact-checked by some of your colleagues here, by multiple outlets. That has been debunked on what has been falsely misrepresented, misrepresented here. So we have to call that out.”

Not to be deterred, Doocy retorted, “Can you clarify what the misrepresentation is?”

Jean-Pierre claimed the whole story has been fact-checked and falsely represented. “The numbers that is being put out about how many people are out is being falsely represented here,” she claimed.

“If we’re going to report something, data that’s out there, we got to do it in a way that is not confusing the American people and certainly not lying. So this has been fact-checked, and the way this is being falsely represented here is not ok,” Jean-Pierre reiterated.

Although Jean-Pierre claimed the data is being “falsely presented,” the data shared to the public by Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-Tex.) last week came straight from the Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security.

The newly-released data from ICE shows only a fraction of criminal illegal aliens are detained by ICE, and the majority are released onto the streets – including over 13,000 who have been convicted for MURDER.
