A group of people suffering from ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’ in California had a screeching meltdown after President Donald Trump was inaugurated back into office on Monday.
A video making the rounds on social media shows the group of leftists gathering at a lookout point on Bernal Hill, overlooking San Francisco. They timed their screaming fit to coincide with the moment Trump was sworn into office.
The group is heard counting down: “6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…” and they they began screeching and howling into the wind.
The bizarre scream-fest is reportedly called a “Primal Scream.”
Journalist Nick Sortor posted a video of the stunt and wrote, ” LMAO! San Francisco leftists literally gathered to collectively SCREECH while President Trump was being inaugurated. These people are beyond pathetic 🤣 Reopen the asylums!”

Filmmaker Justine Bateman also commented on the screaming fit over Trump’s inauguration, and suggested maybe everyone should just back off and give Trump a chance. She wrote:
If this is accurate, and not a demonstration of something unrelated, I will say that it would be of great benefit to these individuals, and others who feel this way, to look clearly at what you’re seeing, instead.
There is a new President, your President. Perhaps things in our country will improve, but rejecting that possibility out of hand is to reject your own future.
Until Trump proves that your fears are founded, these fears, and screams, and anxiousness, and stress to which you are subjecting yourself are only going to make you ill, unfortunately.
Why not sit back and see what the man and his cabinet can do. Let’s just be Americans, and not devotees of these two parties. I personally think both parties are very flawed, which is why I just look at the individual running when I vote, and not their party.
I’m just saying it’s worth a try. I know what it feels like to be in a whirlpool of resentment and fear. It will damage you on the inside. And that whirlpool is often based on ideas and not reality.
Just try the idea that it’s going to be ok. Just as an experiment.

Another group pulled a similar stunt after Trump won the presidential election in November.
