During a fiery segment on Fox News’ “The Five” on Monday, Greg Gutfeld ripped his Democrat co-host Jessica Tarlov to shreds as they were discussing the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.
Kirk has appeared on The Five as a guest host in the past, and was a frequent guest on multiple other Fox News programs. Therefore, his murder has devastated most Fox News employees.
However, Tarlov, a frequent ‘token Democrat’ on the show, dredged up the murder of Minnesota state Rep. Melissa Hortman (D) in June, and claimed there is a need for “more information” before anyone would “smear” the name of the shooter.
That’s when Gutfeld erupted in fury, and declared, “We don’t need more information! What is interesting here is why is this only happening on the left and not the right? That’s all we need to know.”
“You want to talk about Melissa Hortman?” he continued. “Did you know her name before it happened? None of us did! None of us were spending every single day talking about Mrs. Hortman. I never heard about her until she died.”
Tarlov replied, “So she doesn’t matter?”
Gutfeld fired back, “Don’t play that bullshit with me! What I’m saying is there was no demonization, amplification about that woman before she died. It was a specific crime against her by someone who knew her.”

Last Wednesday evening, September 10, just hours after Kirk was killed, The Five co-hosts reacted in shock and sorrow as they paid tribute to their friend.
