Amid the alarming reports that have surfaced this week about the spread of violent Venezuelan gangs in major Colorado cities, local residents are speaking out and sharing their fears.

Officials from Aurora, Colorado, which is about nine miles east of Denver, have reported that the violent Tren de Aragua gang has gained a strong presence in their city, as thousands of illegal aliens have poured into the state.

The gang members are reportedly breaking into apartment buildings and taking them over. As frightened residents move out, more gang members move in, until they have the entire complex under their control.

Surveillance footage was made public this week, of a group of armed TdA gang members going into one apartment.

Libs of TikTok just posted a video on Friday, of a car that drives through an apartment complex in the middle of the night and just opens fire on a parked pickup.

“Received this from a follower in Aurora, CO. His truck was shot up in the middle of the night in a random drive-by attack. This occurred just a few miles from the apartment complex that was taken over by a violent Venezuelan gang. Crime in the city has skyrocketed,” she wrote.

Below is another video circulating on social media, as a local Black man in a parking lot is heard saying “the Venezuelans are taking over!”

Multiple Colorado residents are posting videos on social media, sharing their fears and experiences, revealing just how bad the situation really is.

They are scared, and furious over the invasion that is taking place and destroying their cities and way of life.

A chilling video was just posted by a woman who says she lives in a town near Aurora, and said the gang takeover is terrifying.

“It’s getting scary out here, and we’re not even in a state where migrants are coming in… they’re being bussed in,” she complains, adding, “We have a Democratic governor, I wonder if that’s part of it.”

“Take care of yourself and take care of your family, because they are coming,” she says. “This is warning, this is just a start… you think this is going to be the end of it… absolutely not, they’re going to pop up all over the United States.”

The woman insists that violence isn’t the answer, but stresses the need for everyone to have weapons in order to protect themselves.

A scared Auroro mother posted a video on social media, saying she and her friends are scared to even take their children to the park, unless they all go in a group.

“I understand they’re coming for a better life… but is this life getting any better when you’re bringing what was there, HERE?” she asks.

One local resident showed how she has to lock up her home to prevent the gangs from kicking in her door.

This is a woman who is a resident of Denver.  She warns people to consider as they’re voting in the presidential election that it’s not going to matter whether you have a abortion rights or LGBTQ rights if we no longer have freedom and safety, due to the takeover of the Venezuelan gangs.

“Americans will not have control of our cities soon,” she warns.

News Nation correspondent Ali Bradley announced Friday that DHS officials have confirmed the group taking over the apartment complex are indeed members of the violent TdA gang.

Signs are popping up around Denver, as people are posting notices on the back of street signs that warn, “Kamala’s Illegals.”

Another Colorado woman is speaking out, after her husband will killed by an illegal alien truck driver.

American citizens who have been involved in similar crashes have faced decades in prison. One man was sentenced to 110 years in prison for killing four people on I-70 in a similar manner as Cruz-Mendoza

UPDATE: Ignacio Cruz-Mendoza was sentenced on Friday – to one year in jail.
