Erika Kirk shared a precious video on her Instagram page Friday, of her late husband, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, teaching his one-year-old son how the laws of gravity work.
Without any hint of “baby talk,” Charlie began: “Very important: Sir Isaac newton fell asleep underneath a tree… and then an apple hit him… kind of like this…”
He picked up his sunglasses and demonstrated how they come down. The baby picked up his cup.
“Ok, see, that’s the issue… you keep on thinking when you drop it, it comes back up, but it doesn’t,” he explained with a grin.
Charlie starts again, “The three laws of Newtonian physics… you’re gonna be quizzed on this later, you know.”
The baby squeals when Charlie picks up the cup.
It’s a humorous, yet touching exchange that his young son will surely treasure when he’s older.
Charlie Kirk was horrifically assassinated on Wednesday, Sept. 10, while speaking at a college campus event in Utah.
