From Fox Business: The newest GOP megadonor, Elon Musk, announced that his America PAC would award a whopping $1 million every day to someone new who signs his petition until Election Day.

“We really want to get as many people as possible to sign this petition, so I have a surprise for you,” Musk announced on Saturday at a town hall in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. “And it’s that we’ll be awarding a million dollars randomly to people who have signed the petition. Every day, until the election.”

The petition reads, “The First and Second Amendments guarantee freedom of speech and the right to bear arms. By signing below, I am pledging my support for the First and Second Amendments.”

The first million-dollar award was given to John Dreher, who described himself as a “big fan” of Musk.

Below is the moment Musk made the announcement Saturday night, and announced the first winner. WATCH:

“Every night, @America will announce another $1M winner! All you have to do is sign our petition in support of The Constitution,” Musk announced.

Musk said the only thing he asks of the winners is that they will help promote the petition and encourage people to get out and vote.

Below is a video ad with John Dreher which Musk’s PAC released late Saturday night.

Musk is busy on X Sunday evening, promoting the offer.

Author Stephen King, a far-left liberal who is supporting Kamala Harris, fumed, “He’s paying to register Republicans.”

Musk fired back, “All you need to do is sign the @America petition in support of the Constitutional rights to free speech & bear arms to have a daily chance of winning $1,000,000! You can be from any or no political party and you don’t even have to vote.”

“Signing our petition in support of the 1st & 2nd amendments to the Constitution is all it takes!” he wrote.

Musk was asked on Sunday if he would run for president.

He replied, “There would have to be a constitutional amendment for me to run; but I don’t want to be President. I want to build rockets and cars.”

“If America falls, nothing else matters,” he added, sharing the video on social media.
