Investigative journalist Catherine Herridge released a must-see report Tuesday, with details on the mysterious illnesses which have befallen many U.S. intelligence, military and State Department personnel stationed at multiple foreign embassies, including Cuba, China, and several locations in Europe.
The mysterious illness, called the Havana syndrome, started happening in 2016, and has left U.S. personnel with severe headaches, dizziness, cognitive problems, balance issues, blurred vision and insomnia. The symptoms have lasted for months, and have affected an estimated 1,700 U.S. government personnel.
Many victims reported hearing a loud noise, or experiencing vibration or pressure, and then experiencing the debilitating symptoms.
Despite multiple investigations, the source of the mysterious illnesses has still not been found, and many victims feel the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is covering it up and shoving it all under the rug.
In a video announcement last week, Herridge said the CIA is guilty of “government gaslighting” against injured personnel.
“The evidence is building, and it appears likely a foreign adversary is behind these attacks,” Herridge said.
An investigation six years in the making.

On Tuesday, Herridge released a 14-minute interview with a CIA whistleblower, only identified as “Alice,” who was the victim of a traumatic brain injury.
Alice told Herridge that some female officers who suffered injuries including vision disorders and brain damage, were asked bizarre questions such as “Could you be pregnant? Are you upset because you are not pregnant? Is it hormones?”
Describing her own injuries, Alice said, “It fries your brain. Fries the circuits, fries the software.”
“I was paid for my brain. I was paid for my ability to write well and to write for the president. I was paid to meet with foreigners and to get information that would help advance US security objectives. I can’t do that anymore, and that’s one of the hardest parts,” she said.
Herridge posted a video of the full interview, along with time stamps of multiple topics addressed in the interview:

Herridge also released a copy of a leaked letter dated March 18, 2024, from Air Force Brig. Gen. Shannon O’Harren, who wrote to victims, ““We believe your experiences are real, and we are unwaveringly committed to continue to provide quality care for you and those who are eligible.”
“Rest assured, we are continuing our efforts … to investigate the cause of AHIs, to examine reports and studies thoroughly, and to care for and treat you with respect and compassion through this process,” the letter states.
