WATCH: AOC descends into fear-mongering meltdown over Trump victory

Democrat Socialist and former bartender Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, who just won her own re-election campaign to serve another two years in Congress, is distraught over the realization that the former president she despises so much will now be back as the Commander in Chief.

Just days ago, AOC was all smiles, as she clearly thought Kamala Harris would win the presidency.

Speaking on a podcast, she dramatically touted, “I do not wanna do four more years of resistance nonsense under Donald Trump, okay?! Like, good God! Like, do we remember what it was like waking up every day and there was some shit going on?”

Now, a distraught AOC is melting down over Trump’s election victory, and claimed to her followers on Instagram that the United States is entering an era of ‘fascism and authoritarianism.”

“We are about to enter a political period that will have consequences for the rest of our lives,” she claimed.

“We cannot give up. We now find ourselves in a time in history that has precedent, and we find ourselves, I believe in a time where there are, let’s say, peers in history of massive movements of people that mobilize to protect one another in times of fascism and authoritarianism. And this is the era that we are poised to enter,” she dramatically claimed.

“Donald Trump has talked about turning the military on U.S. citizens that he deems his domestic political enemies. Authoritarians and people that he associates closely with and strongmen aboard in regimes like that, it’s not uncommon to jail political dissidents or legislative opponents,” she then declared… completely ignoring that is exactly what the Biden administration did to Trump supporters, and was trying to do to Trump himself.

“This is the world that we very realistically may be entering,” she added.

DMLNewsApp and TeamDML.com founder Dennis Michael Lynch responded to the video, writing, “If you don’t see the mental illness here then you are probably mentally ill.”

Investor Shaun Maguire also reacted to the video, writing, “AOC is implying that Trump is Hitler But I’ve been hearing all day that Trump is the divisive one. Fuck it, I’m gonna speak the truth. To the left, you have been the divisive side. You have been lying through your teeth. Fear mongering. Wake up.”

On Election Day, AOC had bragged, “We ran 80,000 election simulations and women are pissed off and well-organized in every one of them.”

Former college swimmer Riley Gaines fired back, “Agreed. Women ARE pissed off. So we voted for Trump.”

Elon Musk also responded, “The reality is that an enormous number of sensible, smart women voted for @realDonaldTrump. He would not have won without them.”

Others are mocking AOC over her fear-mongering meltdown:

Realtor Anthony Daquin wrote, “This super low-level IQ bar tender @AOC claims about our military is dangerous and untrue. It’s the same kind of rhetoric that led democrats to lose people faith. We need to be critical of those spreading this misinformation. We should be wary of those who try to divide us with fear and street violence.”

Cheering her own re-election victory, the Democrat socialist wrote Tuesday night, “Thank you to the people of the Bronx and Queens for re-electing me to another term in Congress. As a waitress, I never thought serving in Congress would ever be a reality. It will always remain the honor of my life to serve our community.”
