Conservative actor Jon Voight, a staunch, longtime supporter of President-elect Donald Trump, celebrated Trump’s victory in a one-minute video posted on social media Friday.
Voight has occasionally posted inspiring and thought-provoking messages, especially since Trump’s first term in office ended nearly 4 years ago.
But on Friday, his message was a quiet and thankful celebration.
“My fellow Americans, we all did it, with the grace of God and your prayers, and your truths, of knowing that this country was being attacked under the Biden administration and Kamala Harris,” Voight said.
“Now we have won our victory and now we can save the most beautiful country, the USA, with our hero, the 47th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump,” he continued.
“I’m so proud to call him my president,” he added.
