A video posted by a U.S. Army whistleblower last weekend is going viral on social media, and highlights the grave injustice that the Biden administration inflicted on the thousands of men and women who are voluntarily serving in the military to protect the United States.
Chief Warrant Officer 2, Duncan J. Searcy of Utah, said he joined the military in 2017, and became an Apache pilot for the Utah Army National Guard. He deployed with his unit to Afghanistan in 2020. Shortly after returning home, all soldiers were ordered to take the Covid-19 vaccine, but he refused, despite bribery, coercion and threats from the military.
He was grounded in April 2022, and no longer allowed to fly. He refused to participate in the Covid testing, so they shut off his pay and took away his military benefits.
“I defaulted on my military retirement loan, because I no longer had the funds to pay what I owed. I was forced to drop out of my local university where I was studying to become a pilot for the airlines, because they turned off my educational benefits,” Searcy said.
He noted that at the same time, he was going through a devastating separation and divorce from his spouse, so he and his two small children had to move in with his parents.
Searcy said since the vaccine mandate was eventually rescinded, they could no longer kick him out of the military for rejecting the vaccine. However, he said that his superiors shifted their focus to kick him out over allegations of ‘mental health issues.’
Searcy shared his story in a video posted to X and Instagram on Sunday night, December 8. The X video has already received over 1.6 million views, and has over 3,500 comments.
The entire video is a MUST-SEE. WATCH BELOW:

Searcy posted an update, explaining, “I misspoke, I was grounded in April of 2022, not 2021. Just wanted to correct that.”

On Monday, Searcy posted the following on his Instagram page:
This is a copy of the false report made by MAJ Balagna (Unit Behavioral Health Officer, 97th Aviation Troop Command) and submitted to HQ US Army Aeromedical Center by COL Rasmussen (Flight Doctor, 97th Aviation Troop Command) in order to ground me from flight. COL Dzieciolowski (Commander, 97th Aviation Troop Command) quoted and OER and LOR that do not exist. He also issued me a Letter of Reprimand the day after I completed the Personality Assesment Inventory, even though I informed him of the completion by the suspense date the day prior. He acknowledged my completion of the PAI via email on 06MAY2024. He issued me the LOR on 07MAY2024.
Although I recieved behavioral health resources in 2023 related to “situation depression” related to my personal life, my behavioral health case was officially closed on 13NOV2023. Information from that resolved case was then reopened in order to justify a permanent grounding as the Covid-19 policies which I had rejected could no longer be used to separate or ground me.
I am no longer an Army Aviator because I lack “judgement, intelligence, motivation, maturity, and integrity.” I WHOLEHEARTEDLY REFUTE THIS ACCUSATION.

On Wednesday, Searcy posted a video of himself singing a Christian song while driving.
The video is captioned, “On the way to have my aviation career destroyed but trusting in God and worshipping with ye.”
“I made this video as I drove to meet with the Colonel knowing he was about to end my flying career. I never could have imagined that only a few days later, my “stand” would have gotten 1 million views on X. Thank you all for your overwhelming support. GOD BLESS AMERICA! 🇺🇸 #accountability #military,” he explained.

In another post on Wednesday, Searcy shared multiple documents, and wrote:
“After COL Dzieciolowski informed me that I was permanently grounded for negative aeromedical adaptability I provided him with several documents. Among these, was a Flying Board Evaluation Initiation Request and a Rebuttal to GEN Boyack’s memorandum to my congressman.
According to AR 600-105, a pilot may request that a Flying Board Evaluation be initiated. I look forward to presenting my case to a group of Officers and my Warrant Officer peers.”

“I’ve spoken to CW2 Searcy for months and seen all of the paperwork. His story, though unique in its specificity, is similar to experiences shared by thousands of service members whose constitutional rights were trampled on. Many experienced the same outright lies and contempt from their chains of command as this soldier,” wrote X user @samosaur.

Another U.S. Army veteran, Christopher Mitcham, wrote, “Count me as one of the ones that simply said No. The world of shit that came down on top of me and my family is still heavily affecting us financially. No one stood up for us in a position of power. 32 years of service and the Army ended it with an email.”
