From the Daily Mail: Former First Lady Melania Trump revealed Sunday that husband Donald ‘let me be who I am’ when she wrote about her pro-abortion stance in her new memoir.
Donald Trump famously said ‘I was able to kill Roe v. Wade’ in 2023 after appointing three Supreme Court justices during his presidency who ultimately tipped the balance when deciding whether women had the right to choose.
In the book, Melania writes that it is ‘imperative to guarantee that women have autonomy in deciding their preference on having children.’
Maria Bartiromo asked her: ‘Had you spoken to President Trump about that before you wrote that in the book’
‘Yes, he knew my position and my beliefs since the day we met,’ Melania replied. ‘And I believe in individual freedom. I want to decide what I want to do with my body. I think I don’t want government in my personal business. I think it’s very important.’
“He knew my beliefs, as I said, so he knew it would be in the book. He let me be who I am. And he let me believe what I believe. He let me be my own person, and he respects that,” Mrs. Trump said, adding, “And I respect that as I let him be his own person. He has different beliefs, and he will do what he believes. He will be elected official.”
Melania Trump in her interview with Maria Bartiromo once again doubles down on her staunch support for abortion.

Former President Trump reacted to the publicity surrounding his wife’s views on abortion last week, and said, “We spoke about it and I said you have to write what you believe. I’m not going to tell you what to do.”

Last week, when Mrs. Trump’s views on abortion were revealed, many conservatives voiced their concerns.
Melania Trump’s support of abortion is anti-feminist and clearly outside the teaching of our Catholic faith. She is wrong.
Abortion ends an innocent life & is the opposite of empowerment, as women are told they can’t balance the gift of children and career, so they have to pick…

Praying for Melania Trump, that she comes to know the truth and the darkness of abortion.
In her memoir, to be released next Tuesday, she signals her support for abortion, even in the “late term” citing that most late-term abortions are due to severe fetal abnormalities.

Melania coming out unapologetically in favor of abortion 50 days before the election is demoralizing, even if she’s not the one signing bills into law. I’ve said I’d vote for Trump on the immigration issue alone, and that’s still true. But let’s not pretend pro-lifers have no…

“Without a doubt, there is no room for compromise when it comes to this essential right that all women possess from birth.”
Who is this Melania Trump, or Kamala Harris? Functionally the same exact position on abortion. https://t.co/tb583VqvgS

I don’t know what Donald & Melania’s relationship is and I don’t care.
But we’re a month away from the election. Donald needs this election to be about immigration and inflation. Democrats need it to be about abortion.
Melania publishes a pro-abortion memoir…..now?????
