Well, you knew it had to happen at some point. Even the most able-bodied people DO trip at least once in their lives when climbing steps. Now it has finally happened to President Donald Trump.
Joe Biden fell repeatedly while climbing the steps into Air Force One during his four years in office. In one incident, he fell to his knees three times while climbing the steps. It got so bad that aides finally had him use the small stairs to enter and exit the plane, instead of the higher main staircase. Biden’s repeated falls prompted major mockery from conservatives.
Now Democrats are mocking after President Trump, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, both tripped on the stairs as they boarded Air Force One on Sunday.
Trump and Rubio arrived at the Bedminster Airport in New Jersey Sunday afternoon in the Marine One helicopter, then boarded Air Force One to travel to Camp David for a meeting with military leaders and others.
