URGENT NEWS ALERT: Here’s the State Supreme Court race that could make or break Trump’s agenda

From Breitbart: Wisconsin has a state Supreme Court election on April 1 — a race which could determine not only the fate of the state, but the entire nation if Democrats have their way.

The race follows a blowout Wisconsin Supreme Court election in 2023, in which liberal-leaning Janet Protasiewicz beat conservative candidate Dan Kelly and flipped the balance of the court 4-3 majority liberal. While conservatives have the chance to take back the majority once more with the retirement of liberal Justice Ann Walsh Bradley, Democrats view the battle as a chance to push policy and redraw legislative maps that could ultimately lose Republicans two U.S. House seats and help them close in on the Republican’s slim majority.

“To say that what happens in Wisconsin will not stay in Wisconsin is putting it really mildly,” Wisconsin GOP Chairman Brian Schimming told Breitbart News in an exclusive phone interview.

“It could literally mean the success of President Trump’s term. It could literally mean them having the votes to bring impeachment articles against him,” he added. “The implications of what happens in Wisconsin would be a political earthquake for the House of Representatives.”

The critical Wisconsin Supreme Court battle, expected to shatter national spending records, is between two candidates running for a 10-year term as Justice on the state court:

  • Republican candidate: Brad Schimel, a former Wisconsin Attorney General and current Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge
  • Democrat candidate: Susan Crawford, a Dane County Circuit Judge who previously represented left-wing groups like Planned Parenthood as an attorney, and is reportedly backed by George Soros.

The Democrats have a long-term plan.  If their candidate wins the State Supreme Court seat, they maintain control of the court, and then plan to redraw the legislative districts in order to flip two U.S. House seats from red to blue.

This could potentially flip the entire U.S. House of Representatives back to Democrat majority, and thus, upend President Trump’s ability to implement his agenda… or even given Democrats the power to impeach him again.

The two seats Democrats want to use the Wisconsin State Supreme Court to help flip are currently being held by:

  • Rep. Bryan Steil (R-WI) in the 1st Congressional District in southeast Wisconsin
  • Rep. Derrick Van Orden (R-WI) in the 3rd Congressional District in the western part of the battleground state

Former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) sounded the alarm about the Soros-backed Democrat Judge Susan Crawford.

“The April 1 election is important for those of us in Wisconsin, but it is also vitally important to the rest of the nation,” he wrote.

Conservative activist Scott Presler, who has been on a mission to flip battleground states to Republican, has been sounding the alarm about the Wisconsin Supreme Court race.  On January 22, he wrote:

I’m afraid history is going to repeat itself. In 2023, conservatives controlled the Wisconsin Supreme Court 4🟥-3🟦.

Unfortunately, liberal Janet Protasiewicz won the Spring election & flipped the Court to 4🟦-3🟥.

Do you know what happened? By July 2024, the liberal Court reinstated drop boxes — just in time for the presidential election. While President Trump ultimately won, Republican Senate candidate Eric Hovde lost.

Now, on April 1st — because 1🟦 Justice is retiring — we have the opportunity to flip the Court back to 4🟥-3🟦.

👉However, I don’t see people taking this election seriously👈. Where are the donors? Where are the door knockers? Where are the influencers? Where is the support?

Unless people step up to take action & do it quickly, the Court will stay under liberal control. If you want drop boxes in Wisconsin, do nothing.

If you want election integrity & voter ID in Wisconsin, then do everything in your power to elect ➡️Brad Schimel to the Supreme Court on April 1st⬅️

Presler has been posting daily reminders on X about this critical election in Wisconsin.

On February 11, Presler warned, “No one is taking the Wisconsin Supreme Court election seriously. The democrats are outraising us. If we don’t elect Brad Schimel on April 1st, Republicans will likely lose the House — there go all of your wins. You have been warned. Let’s see who listens.”

Democrats aren’t keeping it a secret what their real plan is. In a January 13 email to donors, they wrote, “But winning this race could also result in Democrats being able to win two additional US House seats, half the seats needed to win control of the House in 2026.”

ATTENTION WISCONSIN VOTERS: Support Republican Judge Brad Schimel to the Wisconsin Supreme Court!

Crawford released a smear campaign against Schimel Monday morning:

A local Wisconsin sheriff just released the following ad endorsing Schimel, and said Crawford is lying.

The House Freedom Action has been posting multiple ads warning that Susan Crawford must NOT be allowed to win this election, or Wisconsin will turn into Illinois, and it will be too late to win it back.

The Wisconsin GOP warned, “The stakes for the WI Supreme Court race are as high as ever. If Susan Crawford wins, election integrity, Trump’s agenda, and control of the U.S. House of Representatives will all be in danger.”
