A man who interrupted former President Donald Trump’s Pennsylvania rally will face misdemeanor charges.

Johnstown Police Sgt. Evan Dabbs confirmed that the man, now released, will be charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and disrupting a meeting. The charges are expected to be filed early next week.

During Trump’s speech, a man jumped over a barricade, climbed onto a press riser, and yelled at the former president, though his words were unclear. Just before the incident, Trump had repeated his claim that the media is the “enemy of the people.” The Trump campaign later suggested the man was an opponent trying to disrupt the event.

Shortly after the incident, another man in the crowd was handcuffed and escorted out by police. It was unclear if his detention was related to the initial altercation.
