From Fox News: Elon Musk appears to be backtracking on some of the wild accusations he made during his ugly spat with President Donald Trump earlier this week.
Musk sensationally posted on Thursday that the president’s name appears in unreleased Jeffrey Epstein files — and said that’s why the files haven’t been made public.
“@RealDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files,” Musk wrote on X. “That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!”
Musk followed the post with another, saying, “Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.”
Musk received massive backlash from conservatives over the wild allegation, with many saying he “crossed the line” with that one.
The White House pointed out that it is widely known Trump actually kicked Epstein out of his Mar-a-Lago club years ago after Eptstein hit on a teenage girl.
Now Musk appears to have quietly deleted the posts, along with another comment in which voiced support for the suggestion that President Trump should be impeached and replaced by VP JD Vance.

Musk also appears to have deleted a post in which he wrote, “I will apologize profusely as soon as there is a full dump of the Epstein files.”

Elon Musk has DELETED all of his negative posts directed at President Trump, including the one in which he claimed Trump was in the Epstein files.
Could he be regretting saying those things in the first place, or as some have suggested, was this all just one big psyop between… pic.twitter.com/g8gFVc6TF2
