UPDATE: Iconic restaurant chain closes 23 more locations

Red Lobster is closing 23 locations in various states as part of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization, citing that continuing to operate these outlets would result in financial losses.

Red Lobster will now maintain approximately 500 restaurants across the U.S. The decision to cancel leases on these properties was made to cut ongoing losses.
