From the New York Post: The “foul” mystery brownish liquid US Rep. Ilhan Omar was sprayed with during a chaotic Minnesota town hall meeting late Tuesday is believed to have been apple cider vinegar.

Omar (D-Minn.) was hit with the kitchen staple when 55-year-old Anthony Kazmierczak allegedly stormed the podium as the lefty congresswoman was firing off an anti-ICE spiel, Alpha News reported, citing sources.

A hazmat team confirmed, too, that the syringe Kazmierczak allegedly used in the attack was filled with the vinegary substance, the outlet added.

Minneapolis Council Member LaTrisha Vetaw said she was also hit by some of the liquid, and it smelled so bad, she threw up.

“It started out smelling really like apple cider vinegar-smelly. Then it started to smell like ammonia, like a strong, pure ammonia smell, I was wondering why the smell wasn’t going away,” Vetaw said, adding, “I got sick to my stomach. I went outside and threw up because, like, the smell was so strong.”

Citizen journalist James Hartline reported in a post on X, “Kazmierczak has an extensive criminal history and a plethora of financial problems. Anthony Kazmierczak ex-wife Patrice Benoit is an anti-Trump active participant in the violent insurrection against Federal ICE officers in Minneapolis. Benoit is a pro-illegal immigration, radicalized far-left Democrat extremist who supports the Democrats insurrection against Federal ICE officers and the enforcement of Federal immigration laws in Minneapolia. Benoit had those same, exact political beliefs when she was married to Anthony Kazmierczak.”
