From the Daily Mail: Hamas has claimed that Israel’s youngest hostage Kfir Bibas is dead, along with his mother and brother, leaving the family in turmoil.

Kfir was nine months old when he was abducted when he was abducted by Hamas terrorists on October 7, 2023. He was kidnapped alongside his mother Shiri, father Yarden and then-four-year-old brother Ariel.

A video of the abduction showed Shiri swaddling her two young sons in a blanket and being whisked away by armed men.

Yarden Bibas was released this month but his wife and sons were not. Hamas said in late 2023 that Shiri and the children had been killed by Israeli bombardments. But the family maintains they have had received no ‘official confirmation’ of their deaths.

In a recorded statement on Tuesdy, Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayya announced that the bodies of four hostages would be returned on Thursday, and said the Bibas family would be included in the handover of four bodies, indicating that Shiri and the two young children are among those bodies.

Another six living hostages are set to be released on Saturday.

Shiri’s parents were both killed during the horrific Oct. 7, 2023 massacre.

Below is the moment Yarden Bibas was freed and reunited with his sister and father on February 1. But he was returned alone, without his wife and children.

A family video has been shared on social media of happier times… the moment that little Ariel met his new brother, Kfir.

The following image is a screenshot of a video on the day the family was kidnapped.

On February 1, the day Yarden was freed, his family released the following statement:

Statement from the family of Yarden Bibas: Yarden is home. A quarter of our heart has returned to us after 15 long months. There are no words to describe the relief of holding Yarden in our hands, embracing him, and hearing his voice. Yarden has returned home, but his home remains incomplete.

Yarden is a father who left his safe room to protect his family, bravely survived captivity, and returned to an unbearable reality. At this time, we ask: Protect Yarden. Protect his soul. Please respect his privacy and give him the space he needs so that his body and soul can begin to recover.

Thank you to our beautiful people. Thank you to our soldiers. Thank you and we’re sorry to all those who sacrificed their lives so this day could come.

We will take a few days to reunite with Yarden, but we continue with hope and the call for the return of Shiri, the children, and all the hostages. Please continue to make their voices heard and emphasize the urgency of their return. Help us echo this now more than ever. For Yarden and for everyone. We won’t stop until everyone is home 🧡

Below are photos and details released on January 31, one day before Yarden was freed.  Now, it appears his wife and two babies will be returned dead.

Yarden Bibas is a father who tried to stop Hamas from kidnapping his family, to be released Saturday.

Yarden Bibas is now 35. On October 7th, 2023, Hamas terrorists broke into Kibbutz Nir Oz, southern Israel and perpetrated a massacre. 117 people — 1 out of every 4 residents — were murdered or kidnapped.
Yarden and his family were hiding together in the safe room but the terrorists had brought drilling equipment and broke in.

Yarden Bibas attempted to protect his family on Oct. 7, but was taken by terrorists and separated from his wife Shiri and their two redheaded children, Ariel (5) and Kfir, now 2, who was just 9 months old at the time. They were all kidnapped to Gaza.

Shiri’s parents, Margit Shnaider Silberman and Yosi Silberman, were brutally murdered by Hamas during the October 7th massacre, along with the Bibas family dog.

Footage of Yarden Bibas’ capture on October 7 shows him being taken to Gaza on a motorcycle, his face bloodied, surrounded by a frenzied crowd. Ordinary Gazans gleefully joined in his violent lynching.

You can see video of the incident here. Men from Gaza grab his beard, his ear, beat him and take selfies of themselves doing it.

Yarden will have been kept in captivity, in the cruelest of conditions for 484 days. The barbarity of Hamas knows no bounds and they told him his wife and kids are dead and filmed his tearful reaction as he broke down, putting it out as a propaganda video.

Yarden is thought to be unwell as a result of his captivity. There are grave concerns for the safety of his wife, Shiri, and kids, who were shown on video inside Gaza after their kidnapping. She is barefoot, in anguish, clutching her babies.

Shiri and the babies are set for release in this round of the hostage deal. Israel has demanded clarification of their wellbeing. Yarden will be free, but for Shiri, babies Ariel and Kfir, their families and all the hostages still in captivity, the nightmare continues.

The mass-murder, mass-rape and mass kidnappings of October 7th, 2023 were the cause for the ensuing war.
What kind of people kidnap babies and families and act which such callous, barbaric cruelty?
