From the New York Post: Armed FBI agents clad in tactical gear stormed a Chicago apartment building reportedly connected to suspected terrorist Elias Rodriguez, who allegedly gunned down two Israeli Embassy workers in Washington, DC, last night.
Video posted by NBC Chicago shows at least eight agents wearing camouflage and armed with rifles entering the front gates of the apartment building on a leafy green street in Chicago’s East Albany Park neighborhood.
Rodriguez, 31, had allegedly chanted “Free, free Palestine” moments before he confessed to gunning down the couple, identified as Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim, as they left the American Jewish Committee’s ACCESS Young Diplomats Reception just after 9 p.m.

Police have reportedly been grilling Rodriguez for the past 12 hours, since he was arrested at the scene of the shooting.
Investigators are also going through a 900-word manifesto which started circulating on social media immediately after his arrest. The manifesto bears the name of Elias Rodriguez.
One statement in the manifesto reads, “An armed action is not necessarily a military action. It usually is not. Usually it is theater and spectacle, a quality it shares with many unarmed actions.”
Later, the author writes, “But I think to most Americans such an action would have been illegible, would seem insane. I am glad that today at least there are many Americans for which the action will be highly legible and, in some funny way, the only sane thing to do.”
Journalist Eitan Fischberger posted screenshots of the alleged manifesto on X:

The young killed who were horrifically gunned down in the shooting have been identified as Israeli Embassy staffers Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim. They were planning to become engaged soon.
The Israeli government released the following statement:
We are shocked and horrified this morning by the news of the brutal terrorist attack that claimed the lives of two of our Embassy staff members in Washington — Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim. May their memory be a blessing. We embrace the grieving families during this painful time and will continue to support them always.
Israeli diplomats and representatives around the world stand on the frontlines of Israel’s diplomatic efforts — defending the country with their very lives. We will not be deterred by terror. We will continue our mission across the globe, with unwavering commitment to represent Israel with pride.

A friend of the couple, Zineb Riboua, wrote: “Yaron Lischinsky was the finest friend I’ve ever had, brilliant, kind, and endlessly thoughtful. A devout Christian and a gifted linguist, he spoke German, Hebrew, and Japanese. He was full of curiosity and always brimming with ideas. I don’t think we ever had a conversation that didn’t leave me inspired to write something new.
“He loved America. He was excited about the future, about finally visiting Texas, and about the life he and his beloved fiancée were building together. I was supposed to meet her today. They are both gone. And the loss is immeasurable. The world has lost two extraordinary souls. And I have lost a dear friend who made every moment brighter.”

Journalist Andy Ngo reported: “Elias Rodriguez, the Chicago far-left activist accused of shooting dead two Israelis outside the Capital Jewish Museum, has a long history of support for BLM, Palestine, communist and anti-white causes.
“Those groups have been trying to scrub his associations with them by deleting articles and pages where he is mentioned.”

The two diplomats murdered in Washington DC were both Messianic Jews (Christians) who were planning to get married.
