In a Tuesday post on his Truth social media platform, President Donald J. Trump said he told Iran’s new leaders it was “too late” to negotiate.
“Their air defense, Air Force, Navy, and Leadership is gone,” Trump wrote. “They want to talk. I said ‘Too Late!’”
The post was in response to an op-ed in The Washington Post about Trump’s ability to “change the world without putting boots on the ground.”
In another post, Trump highlighted a Breitbart article about First Lady Melania Trump, celebrating her savvy fashion sense during her historic visit to chair the United Nations (UN) Security Council meeting.
The president also shared a video featuring Melania. Starting with an engagement announcement on a daytime talk show, the video shows clips of the president and his First Lady sharing special moments over time.
