In a series of social media posts Tuesday night, President-elect Donald Trump announced a new list of nominees to serve in his upcoming administration.

Below are Trump’s announcements:

Andrew N. Ferguson: Chair of the Federal Trade Commission

I am pleased to appoint Andrew N. Ferguson to be the next Chair of the Federal Trade Commission. Andrew has a proven record of standing up to Big Tech censorship, and protecting Freedom of Speech in our Great Country. Sworn in as a Commissioner on April 2, 2024, he will be able to fight on behalf of the American People on Day One of my Administration.

Andrew most recently served as Solicitor General of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Prior to Government service, he was an antitrust litigator at several Washington, D.C. law firms. He earned his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Virginia. Andrew also clerked for Judge Karen L. Henderson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Andrew will be the most America First, and pro-innovation FTC Chair in our Country’s History. CONGRATULATIONS ANDREW!

Jacob Helberg: Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment

Jacob Helberg will be the next Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment. In this role Jacob will be a champion of our America First Foreign Policy.

He will guide State Department policy on Economic statecraft, promoting America’s Economic security and growth, and American technological dominance abroad. Jacob is a successful technology executive, has the knowledge, expertise, and pragmatism to defend America’s Economic interests abroad, and always puts AMERICA FIRST!

Rep. Dan Bishop from North Carolina: Deputy Director for Budget at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)

(NOTE: Rep. Bishop is already retiring from Congress in January, as he had chosen not to run for re-election, in order to run for Attorney General of North Carolina. Bishop lost that race in November.)

I am pleased to nominate Congressman Dan Bishop from North Carolina as Deputy Director for Budget at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Dan has been a tireless fighter for our MAGA Movement in the House of Representatives on the Judiciary and Homeland Security Committees. Dan will implement my cost-cutting and deregulatory agenda across all Agencies, and root out the Weaponized Deep State.

Before Congress, Dan served in the North Carolina House, Senate and, as a County Commissioner, while racking up a 30-year career as an aggressive and successful business litigator in trial and appellate courts. Dan earned his JD, with high honors, and a B.S. in Business Administration, with highest distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Congratulations, Dan!

Ed Martin: Chief of Staff at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)

I am pleased to announce that Ed Martin will serve as the next Chief of Staff at the Office of Management and Budget. Ed previously served as Chief of Staff to Governor Ed Blunt. Together with Phyllis Schlafly, they co-wrote “The Conservative Case for Trump.” Ed has served as Chairman of the Missouri Republican Party, and RNC member. Ed is a winner who will help Make America Great Again!

Mark R. Meador: Commissioner on the Federal Trade Commission

I am pleased to nominate Mark R. Meador to be a Commissioner on the Federal Trade Commission.

Mark Meador is a partner at Kressin Meador Powers LLC, a boutique antitrust law firm. He previously served as Deputy Chief Counsel for Antitrust and Competition Policy to Senator Mike Lee, the senior Republican on the Senate Judiciary Antitrust Subcommittee. Mark has also worked as an antitrust enforcer at both the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, and in private practice at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He received his undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Chicago, and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

Congratulations Mark!

Ronald (Ron) Johnson: United States Ambassador to Mexico

I am pleased to nominate Ronald (Ron) Johnson to serve as the United States Ambassador to Mexico. Ron will work closely with our great Secretary of State Nominee, Marco Rubio, to promote our Nation’s security and prosperity through strong America First Foreign Policies.

During my First Term, Ron served as the Ambassador to El Salvador, where he worked tirelessly with Salvadoran authorities and our team to reduce violent crime and illegal migration to the lowest levels in History. He also served our Country for over twenty years with the Central Intelligence Agency after a distinguished career in the U.S. Army as a Green Beret. He graduated from the National Intelligence University with a Master of Strategic Intelligence.

Congratulations Ron. Together, we will put an end to migrant crime, stop the illegal flow of Fentanyl and other dangerous drugs into our Country and, MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN!

Tom Barrack: U.S. Ambassador to Turkey

I am pleased to announce that Tom Barrack will serve as our next Ambassador to Turkey. For three decades, Tom successfully managed a global private equity firm. He is a well respected and experienced voice of reason to a wide range of thought leaders in both political and business circles. Tom was born and raised in Southern California, and earned a BA and JD from the University of Southern California and University of San Diego where he was a member of Law Review. Congratulations Tom!

Kimberly Guilfoyle: United States Ambassador to Greece

Today, I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Kimberly Guilfoyle as the United States Ambassador to Greece. For many years, Kimberly has been a close friend and ally. Her extensive experience and leadership in law, media, and politics along with her sharp intellect make her supremely qualified to represent the United States, and safeguard its interests abroad.

Kimberly is perfectly suited to foster strong bilateral relations with Greece, advancing our interests on issues ranging from defense cooperation to trade and economic innovation.

Congratulations Kimberly!
