President Donald Trump, in a recent interview with Bloomberg Businessweek, discussed his potential economic policies if re-elected.
He expressed intentions to lower the corporate tax rate to 15%, a significant reduction from the current 21%.
Trump also indicated he would not seek to remove Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell before his term ends in January 2028 and mentioned considering JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon for Treasury secretary.
Additionally, Trump stated he no longer plans to ban TikTok and would support a policy of keeping interest rates higher for longer.
