SPOOKY SPOOF: White House trolls Schumer and Jeffries with hilarious Halloween video

3

President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump are hosting the annual White House Halloween celebration on the South Lawn Thursday evening, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Part of the festivities includes the President and First Lady handing out treats to little Trick or Treaters.

But ahead of the main event, the White House posted a hilarious spoof video Thursday eveing, trolling Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.

The White House used a clip from the 2019 White House Halloween event, during the first Trump administration.

Added into the footage are images of Schumer and Jeffries going through the line begging for treats. But instead of a treat, Trump places a Mexican sombrero on Jeffries’ head, and the First Lady places a sombrero on Schumer’s head.

Jeffries appears to throw his sombrero on the ground, but another lady picks it up and plops it back on his head.

The video is a continuation of several memes and parody videos the White House has taunted Schumer and Jeffries with, placing sombreros on their heads.

“TRICK OR TREAT!” the White House wrote mockingly.
