The reports on deadly crimes committed by illegal aliens are flooding the headlines on Thursday, and include the rape of a 15-year-old girl, the murder of a 21-year-old woman, and a shooting in a Texas restaurant that killed multiple people.

IRVING, TEXAS

From Fox News: Authorities say the suspect in a deadly Texas shooting that killed two people inside a fast-food restaurant is in custody, and that he is in the United States illegally.

Oved Bernardo Mendoza Argueta, a 37-year-old citizen of El Salvador, is charged with capital murder of multiple persons after a shooting Wednesday at a Chick-fil-A in the 5300 block of North MacArthur Boulevard in Irving, police announced.

“We can confirm that the suspect was taken into custody early this morning,” a spokesperson for Irving Police Department told Fox News Digital on Thursday morning, adding that Mendoza Argueta has an “ICE hold,” with the warrant agency being Immigration and Naturalization Service Dallas/Fort Worth.

The shooting happened around 3:40 p.m., according to an arrest warrant that identified one of the victims as Patricia Portillo. The document states Mendoza Argueta is the spouse of a Chick-fil-A employee who was a witness and “identified the defendant with certainty.”

ALBANY, NY

The New York Post reported Thursday morning that an illegal alien from Turkey, Sakir Akkan, 21, who crossed the southern border into the U.S. in November, has been arrested for raping a 15-year-old girl in Albany, New York. The Biden administration had released Akkan into the country and given him a court date for Feb. 19, 2025.

SYRACUSE, NY: Thursday afternoon, Syracuse.com reported that an illegal alien from Ecuador was arrested Wednesday for murdering a woman on her 21st birthday. The report states:

A 21-year-old man from Ecuador suffocated a woman on her 21st birthday and then hid her body in a Syracuse park, prosecutors said.

The man buried the woman in a shallow grave about 15 feet back from trees in Lincoln Park on the city’s North Side, according to prosecutor Alphonse Williams. The man was staying in an Airbnb diagonally across the street from the park, he said.

The man, Jhon Moises Chacaguasay-Ilbis, was charged with second-degree murder and concealment of a human corpse, according to records from the Onondaga County Justice Center jail. He was booked in the jail Wednesday afternoon.

Chacaguasay-Ilbis had travelled to Central New York last week to meet the woman, Joselyn Jhoana Toaquiza, for her birthday on Tuesday, June 18, Williams told syracuse.com | The Post-Standard. People have told prosecutors that the two had gone to primary school together in their home country of Ecuador, Williams said.
