The Biden-Harris administration’s Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, is getting ripped to shreds on social media, over a post he made Friday evening about promising a massive amount of money to help the “displaced civilians” and refugees… in Lebanon.

This comes amid ongoing rescue and relief efforts in six states devastated by Hurricane Helene. As of Saturday morning, the confirmed death toll had reached 225 souls, and the numbers are expected to continue to rise.  Hardest hit was North Carolina, where 113 people so far have been confirmed killed.  Additional hurricane-related deaths were reported as 48 in South Carolina, 33 in Georgia, 20 in Florida, 11 in Tennessee, and 2 in Virginia. Officials are desperately working to restore power, cell phone and water services, rebuild wash-out roads and bridges, and get supplies to victims.  Many volunteers are working around the clock as well.

Kamala Harris has been hit with massive backlash after she announced on Wednesday that hurricane victims could apply for a $750 federal assistance payment.  Many have pointed to the massive amount of money the Biden-Harris administration has shelled out for illegal aliens, and even to other countries, including Ukraine, but note American citizens in need are only promised a measly $750.

Now Antony Blinken just posted what many are calling a “tone-deaf” comment, as he promises U.S. taxpayer money is going to Lebanon.

“The U.S. is at the forefront of humanitarian response to the growing crisis in Lebanon, announcing nearly $157 million in assistance today. We are committed to supporting those in need and delivering essential aid to displaced civilians, refugees and the communities hosting them,” Blinken wrote.

“TONE DEAF!!! How about North Carolina and Georgia???” demanded Trump advisor Jason Miller.

Trump campaign national press secretary Karoline Leavitt wrote, ““Committed to supporting those in need.” HOW ABOUT YOUR OWN CITIZENS?”

“Maybe this will work,” suggested Trump supporter “Brick Suit,” as he posted an image of North Carolina on a map, along with the word “Lebanon” written on it.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) wrote in disgust, “So much for being at the forefront of the humanitarian response to the growing crisis in the U.S.”

X user Pam Bible of Texas tore into Blinken, writing, “After @SecMayorkas just announced FEMA is broke you have the unmitigated gall to announce you are sending $157M overseas because you are “committed to supporting those in need and delivering essential aid to displaced civilians, refugees and the communities hosting them.” WHAT ABOUT THE AMERICANS HERE AT HOME THAT ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP. No real American gives a damn about Lebanon. You @POTUS @JoeBiden @KamalaHarris @VP and this whole administration are nothing short of disgusting. 🤬”

Podcast host and editor Tracy Beanz wrote, “They are taunting us at this point. Remember, you are THEIR BOSS. They answer to YOU. Never forget this – that in a time of such great suffering WITHIN OUR BORDERS – these heartless people bragged about sending $157 million dollars of your money to a foreign land. Fire. Them. All. I’m sick that we’ve let it get to this point. It’s time to take your power back. November is right around the corner.”

And the outrage continues…. below is just a sampling of more social media posts in response to Blinken’s comment.
