FROM NEW YORK POST: A notorious Tren de Aragua gang leader hiding out in Colombia plunged to his death after slipping off an eighth-floor balcony while attempting to flee authorities raiding his apartment.
Ender Alexis Rojas Montan, a 31-year-old leader of the gang’s Alayon Dynasty branch, plummeted a staggering eight stories and appeared to die on impact, according to video footage obtained by NewsX.
Rojas Montan tried to make a speedy escape from the apartment in Antioquia, Colombia, on Oct. 9 as Colombian National Police were busting down his door with a battering ram, according to cops’ body camera footage.
In the video, Rojas Montan is briefly seen as he tries to climb the balcony’s railing. He apparently lost his grip, however, as he quickly disappears from view.
An officer’s body camera captured the scene below, where Rojas Montan’s corpse lay on the concrete sidewalk as a pedestrian stared at the horrific aftermath.
