Biden sat down with Stephanopoulos for a pre-recorded interview which aired Friday evening in an attempt to assuage Democratic panic following his poor June 27 debate performance. When approached by a pedestrian Tuesday afternoon on 5th Avenue in New York City, Stephanopoulos shared concerns with Biden serving four more years in office, video obtained by TMZ appears to show.

2) Donald Trump Jr. Slams Democrat Sens. Jon Tester, Sherrod Brown for ‘Cover Up’ of Biden’s Health

From Breitbart: Donald Trump Jr. criticized Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) and Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) for being a part of the “cover-up” of the current status of President Joe Biden’s health, along with supporting Biden’s agenda “100 percent of the time.”

During a Trump rally in Doral, Florida, on Tuesday, the eldest son of former President Donald Trump told the crowd that voters need to “hold those who lied” about Biden’s health and about him being “the right guy” for the Democrats, “accountable.”

“You have a bunch of Senate races going on right now,” Trump told the crowd. “Sherrod Brown in Ohio, Jon Tester in Montana. They vote with Joe Biden almost 100 percent of the time. They told you with a straight face, ‘This guy is the right guy for us,’ and look at the results. Abject failure.”

3) Lawmakers demand answers from top Michigan official over suspected pro-Democrat electioneering

From Fox News: The entire Michigan House GOP delegation — plus a major committee chair — is demanding answers from a top state official regarding the potential use of federal taxpayer dollars for pro-Democratic Party electioneering.

Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, led a letter to Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson calling for a probe into whether public funds for a federal agency-linked voter registration push may have been “weaponized” to “aid and abet President Biden’s reelection campaign.”

The demands followed Williams’ May subpoena to the Small Business Administration for records relating to actions in a memo forged between the SBA and Benson’s department.

5) 21-year-old becomes youngest female mayor in US history

From The Hill: At 21 years old, Brooke Huckabee has made history as the youngest woman mayor in U.S. history, taking office in the small town of Arabi, Georgia.

Huckabee, a college student studying agriculture technology, was elected mayor of the town of about 500 people located 150 miles south of Atlanta. She also works part-time for the state’s Department of Agriculture.

“I figured what a better time than now to kind of put my foot in the door,” Huckabee said Tuesday on “NewsNation Live,” citing a lack of interest in politics among her peers as motivation for running.

The young mayor is juggling her new responsibilities with her studies and part-time job, relying on careful scheduling to balance her commitments. Huckabee, whose father previously served as mayor, said she initially kept her political aspirations a secret from him.

 

6) Whistleblowers Detail How 85,000 ‘Unaccompanied Minors’ Went Missing After Biden Admin Dropped Them Off With ‘Sponsors’

From Daily Wire: The Department of Human Services has lost at least 85,000 children who crossed the border illegally as “unaccompanied minors” after placing them with “sponsors” who may be trafficking the children into prostitution or forced labor, according to multiple government whistleblowers who laid out the process to a Senate panel Tuesday.

8) Baby boomers bring big bucks to fastest-growing city in America: ‘We’re not dead yet’

From Fox Business: Georgetown, Texas, is the place to be, at least if you’re of a certain age. Thanks to a surge in baby boomers moving into the city just 40 miles north of Austin, it’s the fastest-growing city in America.

A new Wall Street Journal report stated that boomers are driving the local population boom as they move into an age-restricted community association known as Sun City Texas, mostly reserved for buyers 55 and older.

That wave of newcomers to the community dubbed by Georgetown Mayor Josh Schroeder as the “cruise ship on land,” the report says, is also driving an economic boom.

The town has been the top city for population growth for three straight years, according to Census Bureau data of cities with populations over 50,000, the WSJ reported. It grew 11% last year, 14% in 2022, and 11% in 2021.

 

9) Daughter of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Demands Mask Mandates

From Oli London: Violet Affleck gave an unhinged speech in front of the LA County Board of Supervisors where she claimed COVID targets ‘People of Colour’ and ‘Trans People.’

“I demand mask availability, air filtration and Far-UVC light in government facilitates, including jails and detention centers, and mask mandates in county medical faculties.”

“You must expand the availability of high-quality free tests and treatment, and most importantly the county must oppose mask bans for any reason. They do not keep us safer.”

Violet Affleck, 18, is regularly seen wearing a mask while walking around outside in Los Angeles. Her sister, Seraphina Rose Affleck, recently came out as non-binary, shaved her hair off and declared she now identifies as a boy called ‘Fin.’ She made the declaration at her grandfathers funeral.

10) Zelenskyy returns to Washington, to say thanks, build relationships

From Reuters: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelinskiy returns to the U.S. capitol on Wednesday to cement relationships with lawmakers who will vote on future aid for his country, and thank them for $175 billion already approved since Russia invaded in February 2022.

Zelenskiy, who is in Washington for this week’s NATO summit, is expected to meet with the leaders of the Senate and House of Representatives and some of the committees involved in defense, spending, diplomacy and national security.

“It’s an incredibly important mission and we’ve got to stand by Ukraine,” Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Mark Warner told Reuters.
