SERIAL ABUSER: Pedophile’s terrifying trick that gave him access to little girl in bathroom

From Daily MailA man accused of sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl inside a Five Below restroom gained access by copying a safety knock her mother used to protect her, prosecutors said.

Ohio prosecutors allege Robert Kevin DeWeese, 37, mimicked the prearranged signal to enter a locked family bathroom at the Union Township store near South Lebanon on February 6, reports Fox 19.

He has been indicted on two counts of rape, two counts of gross sexual imposition, and single counts of kidnapping and abduction. A grand jury also designated him a sexually violent predator.

DeWeese allegedly entered the bathroom by imitating the mother’s ‘special knock’ after overhearing it.

The child screamed so loudly, the suspect changed course fled the scene.

The girl’s mother, who was only around 40 feet away, rushed to her.

Deputies later arrested DeWeese at a relative’s home.
