SEE IT: Rapper Cardi B goes to Middle East, flaunts ‘burqa’ outfits, disses America

The campaign to try to convince young girls that wearing an Islamic burqa is a cool thing to do is fully underway.

American rapper Cardi B traveled to Saudi Arabia last week, where she was one of the leading performers at Riyadh’s MDLBeast Soundstorm Festival on Saturday.

While there, the rapper, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, tried to influence her 164 million Instagram followers by showing them how exciting it is to wear a burqa. She posted a couple videos on Instagram of herself all dressed in black form head to toe, although with a sultry and defiant twist.

Later she declared she would prefer to just stay and live in Saudi Arabia, and said she doesn’t really like America anyway.

Earlier this month, on December 2, the rapper teased in a post on X that she planned to go shopping when she got to Saudi Arabia, and wrote,  “Imma shop down in Saudi Arabia aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh …I can’t wait!”

In a video posted on Instagram Friday, she announced her arrival in the Middle Eastern country with a video of herself modeling a skin-tight, sleeveless black ‘burqa’ and a black ‘hijab’ over her head, which flowed down to cover her shoulders and arms.

“Hello Saudi Arabia …Halal B has arrived 💚🇸🇦,” she captioned the video.

On Saturday, she posted another video of herself wearing a different black burqa while exercising on a treadmill, and then a stationery bike.

“I told ya’ll imma be getting ready for tour! Anytime! ANY PLACE ….yall got y’all tickets?” she wrote.

In the video, she touts that her exercise program is helping her lose weight after just giving birth to her fourth baby on November 4.

The rapper also declared in a live-stream video on Instagram that she’d rather just live in Saudi Arabia instead of America.

“This country is luxurious,” she gloated. She noted that everyone wears black, but bragged that they treat her like a queen. “I’m somebody over here!” she said.

Here’s an excerpt from Complex.com:

Cardi B wants her fans to know that she might be moving to Saudi Arabia for good after she’s experienced all that it has to offer.

The rapper spoke about her experience in the country during an Instagram Live session in which she revealed what it’s like being there.

“I’m in Saudi Arabia and, so far, let me tell y’all about my experience. It’s very strict. They will put you under the jail,” she said. “They ain’t playing around. You will go to prison. Mess around and you’ll find out. However, it’s very easy to follow the rules here.”

“The people over here is hip, honey,” she added, switching gears to talk about how she’s been treated. “They are very polite. They don’t look at you like you’re poor.”

After explaining how much she loves the shopping and burgers in Saudi Arabia, Cardi admitted that she doesn’t want to come back. “I’m starting not to like America,” she ranted. “America makes me pay taxes. The Vice President is talking shit about me on Twitter. I don’t feel real appreciated in America. Y’all need to convince me to come back.”

“You can only believe in Allah over here… you can’t wear no crosses or nothing… you gotta be respectful,” she touted, adding, “Americans don’t have any respect… we gotta be respectful!”

“America’s just got no courtesy… we ghetto!” she complained.

Below is the video of her rant, as she throws America under the bus and says she’d rather not even come back.

During her performance Saturday night, Cardi B somewhat adapted to the Islamic rules of the country by not showing any skin, and was dressed in a wild, billowing pink outfit.

Later on Sunday, she posted a short video of herself looking glum, with the sound of a crying baby heard in the background.

“Coming back to America from Saudi Arabia and realizing this what I’m coming home to 😩😩,” she complained.
