From the New York Post: One of the two suspects – apparently injured alleged shooter Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, 21 – awkwardly crawled from the scooter before his counterpart rode off Saturday night, surveillance footage shows.
“One of the suspects DUMPS the body of his injured counterpart and flees,” the Homeland Security X account wrote, sharing the 23-second clip.
“These individuals will face the full weight of the U.S. Justice System.”
Mora Nunez was arrested at the hospital, while his alleged accomplice – Christhian Aybar-Berroa, 22 – was nabbed Monday, officials said.
The two illegal aliens had first rode the scooter to an area near the Little Red Lighthouse in Fort Washington Park, where an off-duty Border Patrol agent was sitting on the rocks overlooking the Hudson River around midnight Sunday night.
They rode up behind the couple, and Nunez walked up behind them in an attempted robbery. The CBP agent pulled out his gun, Nunez shot him in the face, and then agent then shot Nunez.
Nunez then staggered back to the scooter and the two illegal aliens rode away.
Aybar-Berroa is then seen later dropping a wounded Nunez off at the hospital.
Both illegal aliens are now behind bars.

These violent thugs had committed a smorgasbord of crimes and been arrested multiple times and yet New York continued to release them, ignore an ICE detainer and allow them to continue to prey on Americans and terrorize our streets.
