Germany’s former spy chief, August Hanning, has alleged that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Polish President Andrzej Duda had agreements to carry out an attack on the Nord Stream pipelines.

According to reports, Zelensky initially approved the operation but later attempted to halt it. The Wall Street Journal has detailed that a group of Ukrainians executed the sabotage, which cost around $300,000.

The attack reportedly involved a small rented yacht manned by a six-member crew. German authorities have issued an arrest warrant for a Ukrainian diver allegedly involved in the explosions, who has since fled Poland.

Despite these allegations, the Ukrainian President’s Office has firmly denied any Ukrainian involvement in the Nord Stream incident.
