Here’s a wild scandal that has been brewing on social media over the past 10 days:

A conservative influencer dropped a bombshell announcement on Valentine’s Day, that she had given birth to a baby in September, and said Elon Musk, 53, is the father. If true, the baby would be his 13th child.

While blasting out the news to the world, she then asked for ‘privacy.’

Ashley St. Clair, 26, posted the following statement on Feb. 14:

“Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.

“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.”

One day later, on Feb. 15, the New York Post published a lengthy report, after St. Clair had given them an exclusive interview and posed for photos in her ritzy Manhattan apartment.

St. Clair, who has another child that was born in late 2021, described a “whirlwind romance” with Musk that began in May 2023.  She said they wanted to keep the baby’s name a secret “for everyone’s safety.”

She has reportedly posted multiple public messages to Musk on her X page over the past two weeks, then deleted them.

Her representative, Brian Glicklich, released another statement on Feb. 16, saying they are working towards an agreement about raising the child, and “We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share.”

St. Clair has now filed a lawsuit against Musk. The New York Post reported Saturday: Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair is seeking to legally declare Elon Musk is the father of her child — and get sole custody of her 5-month-old son, according to a pair of petitions she filed in Manhattan Supreme Court Friday.

St. Clair, 26, brought the legal action against the billionaire tech tycoon a week after her bombshell public claims that she gave birth to Musk’s 13th child.

In a paternity petition, which seeks to officially recognize the SpaceX and Tesla boss as the father of her baby, St. Clair claims she and Musk conceived the child during a January 2024 trip to St. Barths.

She asked the court to issue an order requiring Musk, 53, to submit to a genetic test to determine if he is the father.

St. Clair stated in the custody lawsuit that Musk has only seen the baby 3 times since his birth in September.

Meanwhile, internet sleuths have started digging into the past, and are posting their finds on X, which Musk has responded to, expressing shock.

Political commentator Milo Yiannopoulos posted a screenshot of Twitter posts by St. Clair back in May 2020, and wrote, “Ashley St Clair plotted for HALF A DECADE to ensnare Elon Musk.”

In one post in May 2020, St. Clair wrote, “I need it to get Elon Musk’s attention for a marriage proposal.”

“Whoa,” Musk responded upon seeing the screenshot.

Investigative journalist Laura Loomer sounded the alarm about the attorney St. Clair has hired, Dror Bikel, and said he is an “anti-Trump” leftist Israeli lawyer who “has a long history of attacking Elon Musk, President Trump and Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.”

Loomer also asked: “Why is Ashley calling herself a “MAGA influencer” when she supported @GovRonDeSantis and @VivekGRamaswamy during the 2024 primary and has now hired a lawyer who not only hates @realDonaldTrump, but also wrote a book that has a whole chapter dedicated to attacking Trump over his divorces?? How long has Ashley St. Clair been planning her attack on Trump admin official @elonmusk?”

On Saturday, Loomer announced in one post:

Wow. After I posted this tweet, I was contacted by an employee of Arsenal Media, where Ashley used to work. They told me, “remember when you were running for Congress and you wanted to do a campaign ad and you contacted Arsenal?”

“Ashley was the director of operations and she’s the one who blocked you from doing the ad. She said Laura is crazy and we can’t be associated with her.”

So fake. Nice to know Arsenal Media blocked me from having my campaign commercial made about running for Congress and an anti-Big tech censorship candidate. 😂 These people are just so fake. Glad she unfollowed me! Good riddance. Now I hope @elonmusk gets full custody!

Isabella Moody responded, “I used to work at Arsenal and this is 100% TRUE.”

Pouncing on a screenshot from St. Clair’s lawsuit, Loomer wrote:

So Ashely wanted “privacy”, but she took screenshots of Elon’s private signal messages that were on a timer to expire? How long was she planning her attack on Elon? She took the pics with another phone because signal alerts you when someone screenshots your texts for PRIVACY.

“I want privacy”

“Let me post screenshots of my encrypted messages on signal that I took with a second phone so I could lie about respecting someone’s privacy”.

Shame on any conservative who is enabling this type of deceptive, and promiscuous behavior by a gold digger.

Isabella Moody, St. Clair’s former colleague, spoke up again:

I agree with @LauraLoomer. I wasn’t going to post these, but now that @stclairashley has leaked her private signal messages with @elonmusk after lying and saying she “wanted privacy”, here’s more evidence Ashely planned to baby trap Elon.

She sent me these text messages in May 2023 when she first met Elon and started sleeping with him.

She said “I need his rocket babies” and “I need a caption to seduce Elon Musk” in May of 2023. See dates below! She doesn’t care about “privacy”. She planned to seduce him by her own admission and now she’s leaking his texts.

So I’m leaking her texts to me now. Because as Laura Loomer said below, we need to CONDEMN PROMISCUOUS GOLD DIGGERS! Receipts 👇👇👇

Elon Musk responded, “Whoa!”

“She literally planned to baby trap you. Predator behavior,” Loomer warned.

Loomer replied: “WOW. This whole baby mama drama was premeditated from start to finish. Ashley literally texted @IsabellaIsMoody in May of 2023 when she claims her affair with @elonmusk began and she asked for a good X caption so she could “seduce Elon” and said “I need his rocket babies”.😬”

Musk responded again, “Yikes!”

“How long was Ashley St. Clair using a second phone during her relationship with @elonmusk to screen capture all of his encrypted and time set signal messages? How long was she gathering intel on him, and for what purpose? This is looking very pre meditated and predator like,” Loomer wrote.

Loomer also shared a strange post by St. Clair from Jan. 5, as she wrote, “The child who is not embraced by the village will burn it down to feel its warmth.”

“Knowing what we now know, this was clearly a veiled threat,” Loomer warned.

Ironically, St. Clair posted a photo of Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy last week, and called him a “gold-digger.”   She is receiving a mountain of mockery over that post.
