From Daily Mail: A White House official slammed Donald Trump’s strikes on Iran as ‘pointless’ and only serving the ‘deep state’ – but quickly backtracked by deleting the posts and making his account private.
Andrew Kloster’s comments came to light as Trump continued his tirade against negative coverage of the strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites with an all-caps post to Truth Social defending them.
Kloster – the general counsel for the Office of Personnel Management – slammed the U.S. as giving ‘handouts’ to Israel and said fears of Iran getting a nuclear weapon were far-fetched.
Kloster responded to an X user who wrote, “Iran’s nuclear sites being crushed seems a long-term benefit for the US.”
“I just think it was kind of pointless,” Kloster replied.
He also retweeted a post from Vish Burra, the former spokesperson for George Santos, that said: “Can we please ignore this god-forsaken region of Earth and their tribal squabbles?”
Kloster anlso added a post that said, “I apologize and will never again doubt the power of the deep state.”
He then deleted all of the posts.
Less than a half hour after Trump announced the US bombed the Iranian nuclear facilities of Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan, the OPM staffer Andrew Kloster posted: “I apologize and will never again doubt the power of the deep state.” pic.twitter.com/yuvxjAqyrd

Some X users are demanding Koster be fired.
I’d like to hear an official White House position re their employee Andrew Kloster, General Counsel for the Office of Personnel Management (and, apparently, an ally of the now infamous Sergio Gor).
Specifically, I want to know if it is in Mr Kloster’s job description to…
