From Jerusalem Post: An Israeli official told the Jerusalem Post on Tuesday, “The Americans are with us—they know Iran has violated the ceasefire,” regarding the expected Israeli response to Iran.
These statements come just hours after a deadly Iranian missile barrage killed five people in Beersheba.
They were killed in their safe room as the missile struck their home directly, becoming the second group of people to die from missile fire despite being in the safe room.
The report says the strike against Iran was ordered by Defense Minister Israel Katz.
“I have instructed the IDF to respond forcefully to Iran’s violation of the ceasefire with intense strikes against regime targets in the heart of Tehran,” Katz said in a statement.
