From the New York Post: The depraved deviant who allegedly raped a corpse on a Manhattan subway train for 30 minutes is an illegal immigrant who crossed into the US from Mexico at least five times before finally getting locked up over the sick act, The Post has exclusively learned.
Felix Rojas, 44, unlawfully crossed the US-Mexico border “on several occasions” in the late 1990s before being caught by Border Patrol agents and voluntarily turning back, an ICE spokesperson revealed.
But Rojas apparently crossed the border at least one more time and remained undetected by immigration authorities until NYPD cops arrested him Sunday night in connection to the shocking defilement of 37-year-old family man Jorge Gonzalez, who suddenly died on an R train nearly three weeks before, the spokesperson said.
A stomach-turning court hearing this week revealed what Rojas allegedly did to Gonzalez when he discovered the dead or dying family man slumped on a train bench April 8.
Surveillance footage showed Rojas first rifle through Gonzalez’s pockets to allegedly rob him, then return to sexually assault the man’s corpse, prosecutors said.
According to a separate report by Breitbart, investigators said the deceased man, Jorge Gonzales, died of cirrhosis of the liver after years of alcoholism.
Fox News reporter Alexis McAdams wrote, “This is horrible! This migrant man from Mexico who was arrested and charged with raping a corpse on a NYC subway was in the country illegally, crossing the border nearly a half dozen times since the 1990’s…according to ICE sources.
“Felix Rojas was arrested on rape charges after police say he violated a corpse on the R train back in April. NYPD tells me a man who died of natural causes on the train that night was slumped over in the seat. Then, Rojas rummaged through the man’s pockets. Looked around to see if anyone was watching, then had sex with the man’s dead body.”
