From the New York Post“Migrant influencer” Leonel Moreno, who went viral on TikTok for encouraging illegal border crossers to squat in US homes, was ordered deported by an immigration judge — but he likely won’t be kicked out of the country anyway because of a diplomatic row.

An Ohio-based immigration judge ordered the 27-year-old Venezuelan migrant, who also waved around wads of cash on social media and flaunted what he said were US government handouts, to be removed from the US on Sept. 9, according to Homeland Security sources.

Moreno crossed the southern border illegally into Eagle Pass, Texas, on April 23, 2022.

He was released into the country but failed to appear for required check-ins with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), leading to his arrest in Columbus, Ohio, in March.

Moreno’s videos on social media prompted outrage earlier this year, and ultimately led to his arrest, after he flashed wads of cash before the camera and bragged about all the money he was making from TikTok videos.

“I didn’t cross the Rio Grande to work like a slave,” Moreno touted in one video. He encouraged other migrants to come to the U.S., telling them they could make a load of money from government handouts without having to work.

In his videos, Moreno also gloated that he and his wife didn’t pay anything to have their daughter in a U.S. hospital, thanks to “Papa Biden.”

The report explains that Moreno will likely not be deported, despite the order, because Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro stopped accepting flights of illegal aliens deported from the U.S. and Mexico earlier this year, in retaliation for sanctions imposed on Venezuela.

Moreno is currently being held at the Geauga County Jail in Ohio, the Post writes.

Below is Moreno’s video from back in March, when he claimed there is a law in the U.S. that would allow himself and other illegal aliens to take over homes in the country.

Moreno’s Instagram page is still active, although nothing has been added since he was arrested. Below is just one of the many videos he posted, as he flashed his money before the camera and bragged about his scheme, while using his baby daughter as a prop.
