REPORT: Fugitive US mother accused of killing children loses latest battle in fight against extradition

FROM DAILY MAILAn American mother accused of drugging and murdering two of her children before fleeing to London has lost her latest court battle in a fight against her extradition.

Kimberlee Singler, 36, is wanted in Colorado Springs for the first degree murders of her daughter Elianna, nine, and son Aden, seven, on December 19, 2023.

She is also accused of attempting to murder her third child, who was then aged 11.

Police were called to reports of a burglary at an apartment in the northeast of the city, at around 12.30am, where officers found Singler and her still-living daughter lying next to the bodies of the children.

An investigation found that the 911 call was a fake and that, at the time of the incident, Singler was losing her kids after a custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Wentz.

Singler fled to Britain and went into hiding for several days, but the National Crime Agency (NCA) arrested her in Kensington, West London on December 30, 2023. She appealed her extradition saying that if she were to be convicted, she would face a life sentence without parole, a possible breach of her human rights in Europe.

British courts have ruled that she should be extradited, KOAA News reported.
