From Fox News:

Friends of Joe Biden are said to be concerned about the former president as he battles an aggressive form of prostate cancer, according to reports.

While aides told how he is doing well, others have reportedly mentioned increased tiredness as a worry and say it pertains to Biden’s medical treatment.

According to The Washington Post, four friends who spoke with Biden in recent months said they had not received any updates about his health.

The sources told the outlet that Biden has appeared more fatigued recently, possibly due to cancer and its treatment. A fifth person disagreed, telling the outlet that Biden is active and remains “encouraged and positive about his prognosis given his positive response to treatment.”

The 83-year-old former president is reportedly spending time writing his memoir.

Biden’s office announced his stage 4 prostate cancer diagnosis in 2025, saying it has metastasized to the bone — a likely “incurable” condition, according to medical experts. He has an aggressive cancer, with a Gleason score of 9 on a scale of 6 to 10, meaning it will likely spread quickly.

Biden has received radiation therapy and hormone therapy.
