From the New York Post: Elon Musk is among those mocking President Biden’s shocking hypocrisy in granting son Hunter a pardon — noting how fact-checkers on X flagged the president for saying that “no one is above the law.”
Biden’s tweet from May, an attack on now-President-elect Donald Trump, went viral after the commander-in-chief announced late Sunday that he was giving a total pardon to his troubled son after repeatedly insisting he would not interfere with justice.
It now has a community note warning readers: “President Joe Biden pardoned his son, Hunter Biden, for crimes covering nearly 11 years of ‘offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024.’”
No one is above the law.

Musk then shared a screenshot of a proposed Community Note that read, ““By pardoning his son Hunter, not merely for a single crime, but for actual or potential crimes he may or may not have created over an eleven-year period, Joe Biden has made clear that some people are, in fact, above the law.”
“Community Notes slays,” Musk quipped.

“Hunter Biden is above the law. Always has been,” journalist Ian Miles Cheong wrote.
“Mostly true,” Musk replied.

More responses are pouring in….
Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro pointed out, “The pardon period covered begins January 1, 2014. Hunter Biden joined the board of Burisma in April 2014.”
“Must be a coincidence,” Musk mocked.
Must be a coincidence 🙄
