From the New York Post: New York issued a driver’s license to a migrant — but didn’t require a first name.
The revelation came as Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt said a man caught up in a raid that ensnared 125 illegal immigrants in his state had a New York commercial driver’s license with “No Name Given” in the place of his first and middle monikers.
“If New York wants to hand out CDLs to illegal immigrants with ‘No Name Given,’ that’s on them. The moment they cross into Oklahoma, they answer to our laws,” the Republican wrote in a social media post Monday, along with a picture of the license.
The New York Department of Motor Vehicles confirmed to The Post that the license, issued on April 14 and set to expire May 26, 2028, was real.

X users commenting on Gov. Stitt’s post are voicing their shock and outrage.
Political commentator Marc Thiessen wrote, “I’m sorry, what?? A license with name listed as “no name given”??? New York Dems have lost their minds.”
Town Hall’s Guy Benson declared, ““No name given” on any sort of license, let alone one that involves driving on our highways, is nuts.”
Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) wrote, “What is happening in New York?! Progressive politicians have turned our state into a sanctuary where criminals move around scot free. Now CDLs are being handed out with “No Name Given.” Governor Hochul needs to answer for this. It is ridiculous & it must end.”
Transportation Sec. Sean Duffy wrote, “Kathy Hochul continues her campaign to make New York one of the most lawless states in the country. As @GovStitt points out, ALL illegally issued CDLs endanger American families on the road. My recent emergency action to restrict CDLs will work to counteract these disastrous, America-Last policies.”

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) blasted out the following statement:
The Worst Governor in America @KathyHochul has certainly fallen a long way from her start in Buffalo when she opposed drivers licenses for illegals as Erie County Clerk.
At every opportunity, Kathy Hochul has turned her back on New Yorkers to bend the knee to the radical Far Left of the Democrat Party that puts illegals and criminals first and hardworking law abiding New Yorkers last.
The latest bombshell discovery is that Kathy Hochul’s dangerous and irresponsible ‘Green Light Law,’ allows criminal illegal immigrants to be issued commercial drivers licenses in some cases shockingly labeled ‘No Name Given,’ allowing them to operate 80,000-pound commercial vehicles across the country.
Oklahoma’s @GovStitt and law enforcement confirmed that multiple criminal illegals holding New York State CDLs were apprehended driving commercial trucks across state lines during a targeted ICE operation. This is exactly the danger that happens when Far Left Democrats like Kathy Hochul turn their states into sanctuary havens for illegals.
Kathy Hochul’s sanctuary state Green Light Law is not only a threat to New Yorkers; it is endangering families across America.

One person, James Anderson, had a disturbing story to share. He wrote:
“I used to work in an IT NOC [Network Operations Center]. We had a guy from India in our office. His first name was Fnu with an unusually long last name. Worked with him for 3 years before I asked him how to pronounce his first name. Turned out, Fnu is not his first name on his work visa. Fnu meant First Name Unavailable, and they combined his first and last names in his last name line. 3 years working there, no one bothered to ask how to pronounce it, and he never corrected them. Lol.”
