From Fox News: Progressive stars Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., teamed up with New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani Sunday night for a “New York is not for sale” rally at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York City.
The high-profile campaign event came nearly one week before Election Day, as New Yorkers head to the polls for the first weekend of early voting, closing out a contentious mayoral battle where Mamdani’s unanticipated success has landed him on the national stage.
“Zohran Mamdani is modeling a different kind of politics,” Sanders, the former Democratic presidential candidate and longtime progressive leader, said in a statement ahead of the rally.

“I speak the language of democratic socialism only because he spoke it first,” Mamdani said as the crowd joined him in declaring, “New York is not for sale.”
Firing up the crowd, Democrat Socialist Ocasio-Cortez raged, “That we are all here, in this moment, during this time is not a coincidence, and it is also not a coincidence that both of the visionary forces that Zohran is up against in this race mirrors what we are up against nationally, both an authoritarian criminal presidency, fueled by corruption and bigotry and an ascendant right-wing extremist movement!”
At one point in her fiery speech, AOC yelled, “We are not the crazy ones, New York City. We are not the outlandish ones… They want us to think we are crazy. We are sane!”

AOC launched into a screaming tirade during her wild speech in support of Mamdani.
Lily Tang Williams, a congressional candidate from New Hampshire who fled communist China, wrote, “Can’t wait to school @AOC when I get elected to Congress. She is campaigning for her comrade Mamdani. The same evil ideology I escaped is taking root in NYC. We better stop it before it is spreading to other cities like cancer.”

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D), who has endorsed Mamdani, yelled that Democrats are going to “take back the House, take the Senate, and take back our country.”
“Zohran is the future of the Democratic Party,” Musk wrote, noting just how far left the Democrat Party has fallen.

President Donald Trump appeared to mock Mamdani’s apparent rise to power, writing in a post on Truth Social, “Many people are petrified by the Radical Left, but I’m not, they keep getting me, and other Republicans, elected!”
