Tulsi Gabbard, the former Democratic congresswoman who became an Independent in 2022, is endorsing Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential race against Vice President Kamala Harris.
Gabbard, who served Hawaii’s 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021, left the Democratic Party, calling it an “elitist cabal of warmongers.” She previously competed against Harris in the 2019 Democratic primary and has been assisting Trump with debate preparations for his September 10 debate with Harris. Gabbard has been critical of the Democratic Party and involved in conservative events since her departure.
This endorsement follows Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s suspension of his 2024 Independent presidential bid to support Trump, citing legal attacks from the Democratic Party and criticism of its primary process.
We want to ask you, the reader: would you support Tulsi Gabbard joining a future Trump administration? Answer in our poll below and comment your thoughts on Gabbard joining forces with the Trump campaign.
