Tiffany Justice, Moms for Liberty co-founder, is a potential pick for Donald Trump’s education secretary, despite her support for abolishing the Department of Education—a longstanding conservative goal.

Issues like DEI curriculum, sex education, and teachers’ unions have fueled calls for its elimination, though doing so would require 60 Senate votes. Justice advocates for reforms, including ending the “critical race theory” agenda and “transgender insanity” in public schools.

Additionally, the Education Department just failed its audit for the third year in a row, raising questions about its efficiency.

We want to ask you, the reader: should the Department of Education be abolished? Answer in our poll below and comment on the potential choice of Justice to lead the DOE.
