U.S. Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Columbia, is leading a conservative Republican effort to criticize Vice President Kamala Harris following President Joe Biden’s decision to withdraw from the presidential race.
Ogles announced a second impeachment resolution against Harris on Tuesday and is urging her to invoke the 25th Amendment due to concerns over Biden’s health.
